Here are some common postfix commands I use when combating SPAM accounts.

flush
postfix flush
postfix -f
display
mailq
mailq | wc -l

remove all mail
it does what it says so watch it!

postsuper -d ALL
remove all deferred mail postsuper -d ALL deferred

If you'd like to view the content of one of the emails, first obtain the message id:

postqueue -p

Once the message id is obtained, you read it with:

postcat -q messageid
