To start, stop, or restart, use the pvapp tool:
# pvapp restart
To troubleshoot Power Panel-related issues, check these logs:

/var/log/httpd/error_log
/var/log/pva/pp/agent.log
/var/log/pva/pp/cpcon.log
/var/log/pva/agent/YYYY.MM.DD-vzagent.log
